Our bees forage on many of the same flowers I grow for bouquets. This spring, they were all over the peonies, along with clover, native wildflowers, and whatever else was blooming around the farm. Because the available flowers change throughout the season, each harvest can be a little different in color and flavor.
Honey is extracted and bottled in small batches right on the farm, without heat or additives. It's honey as it comes from the hive — naturally packed with flavor, pollen, and the work of thousands of bees.
