Cancellation policy
One-Time Purchases
We want you to love your fresh-cut flowers. Because our products are perishable and harvested to order, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or picked up.
- Damaged Items: If your bouquet arrives damaged or does not meet our freshness standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with a photo of the arrangement. We will review your request and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit.
- Cancellations: For one-time bouquet orders, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or order change. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated.
Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly Bouquet Subscriptions
Our bouquet subscriptions are recurring services designed for flexible enjoyment.
- Managing Your Subscription: You can manage your subscription, including skips, address changes, or cancellations, at any time through your personal customer portal.
- Modification Deadline: To ensure peak freshness, all bouquets are harvested to order. We require 48 hours’ notice for any scheduling changes. Requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled Thursday delivery cannot be accommodated.
CSA Membership (Seasonal Shares)
A CSA share is a seasonal commitment that sustains our farm throughout the growing season. By purchasing a share, you are securing a portion of our seasonal harvest.
- Commitment: Because CSA shares are limited-edition agricultural commitments, they are non-refundable once the season has commenced.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your share before the season begins, please contact us at least one week prior to our first distribution date.
- Distribution: CSA shares follow a fixed, seasonal schedule. As these are harvested in limited quantities specifically for our members, missed pickups are forfeited. If you are unable to pick up your share, you are welcome to gift it to a friend, provided you notify us of the change in recipient.
