Our bees work the same flowers that fill our bouquets, collecting nectar from clover, native wildflowers, and seasonal blooms across our Prairie City flower farm. Each harvest captures a snapshot of the season — sometimes pale and delicate, other times dark and full-bodied — always raw and unblended.
We extract and bottle our honey in small batches right on the farm, without heat or additives. Nothing fancy, just honey as it comes from the hive — naturally packed with flavor, pollen, and the work of thousands of bees.
